• Operational (apps): DVIR/DTIR entries, photos, asset IDs, timestamps, approvals.
• Device & Usage (site & apps): IP, user‑agent, diagnostics, pages/screens viewed, approximate location when you enable it.
• Communications: messages sent to info@dairyfleet.com or sales@dairyfleet.com.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, and troubleshoot the Services; authenticate users; prevent abuse.
• Operate features (inspections, photos, audit trails, role‑based access).
• Improve performance and user experience.

• Disable non‑essential notifications or location in OS settings.

Not for children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
