These terms govern your use of the dairyfleet.com website. Use of the Dairy Fleet platform itself (app.dairyfleet.com) is governed by the written agreement between Dairy Fleet, LLC and the customer organization. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls for platform use. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Ownership

The website, the Dairy Fleet platform, and everything in them, including the software, design, text, graphics, logos, workflows, and compilations, are the property of Dairy Fleet, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable permission to view this website for evaluating our services. No other rights are granted.

2. What you may not do

• No scraping or automated access. You may not crawl, scrape, harvest, or access the website or platform by automated means, including for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or grounding artificial-intelligence models, except ordinary search-engine indexing of this public website.
• No copying or derivative use. You may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the website or platform content, design, or workflows.

Confirm requirements with your regulator or counsel.

4. Pricing and offers

Pricing and offer details shown on this website are informational and subject to change until fixed in a signed agreement. Founding-fleet terms, including rate locks, take effect only through a written agreement between Dairy Fleet, LLC and the customer.

5. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that website content is error-free or current.

6. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PLATFORM SERVICE COMMITMENTS, IF ANY, EXIST ONLY IN A SIGNED CUSTOMER AGREEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAIRY FLEET, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM USE OF THIS WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Enforcement

Violations of Section 2 cause harm that money can't fully fix; you agree we may seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy. We may restrict or block access to the website for violations of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes arising from the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

10. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date above. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept them.
