These Terms govern your access to the Dairy Fleet website and apps (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts & Acceptable Use

• Safeguard your credentials and restrict access to authorized personnel.
• Do not attempt to access non‑public areas, bypass security, or probe vulnerabilities.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy software or design assets except as permitted by law.
• Comply with applicable laws and industry regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

All content and software are owned by Dairy Fleet, LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly provided.

4. Third‑Party Services

We may integrate or link to third‑party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply; we are not responsible for them.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dairy Fleet, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the Services. Upon termination, Sections 3–10 survive.

9. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Lubbock County, Texas. Class and representative actions are waived. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
